Reviews:
Hi Lisa,
I had the chance to read Vol 1 Issue 2 of Boxer Shorts over the weekend.  It was great - the content was well-written and interesting, something for everyone. And, unlike our local newspaper, I didn't see any misspelled words or incomplete sentences (I don't look for them but sometimes they jump out!)  I loved learning about the wonderful vets and helpers who take care of the dogs, and liked the info about traveling
with dogs.  Could a follow-up article contain advice on the first-aid kit we should all have for our dogs in our homes?  I'm a rather new dog owner and am looking for basic information like this - the dog books I have read don't always have such practical information.

My husband cried over the article about senior dogs and says I must screen his reading from now on - he wants nothing sad about Boxers!  I know these were really happy stories, but very touching.

I have my mental ideas for my article on Harvey - need to take some photos, too.  I also thought of a couple other ideas for possible future articles.  At any rate, I will try to match the high quality I've seen
in Boxer Shorts so far!

Congratulations and thanks - I hope lots of people read this!

OUR NEWSLETTER has a NAME!

AND THE WINNER IS.......  BOXER SHORTS

We received many entries and after much deliberation, we've decided that our newsletter's name is BOXER SHORTS.

We'd like to thank each of you for your wonderful, often very funny submissions.

It was a hard choice and we hope you like our new name as much as we do.  The first edition of BOXER SHORTS will be available very soon.  We hope that you'll become part of this publication, letting us know what you'd like to read about, offering your own stories, and asking questions.  And don't forget your children - BOXER SHORTS will be as much their publication as ours and we'd love to hear about sharing life with a boxer from a kid's point of view also.

Again, thank you for all your great submissions!
