We are very sad to report the passing of
Maggie. She came into our lives 3 years ago during a March
snowstorm, when we traveled to
Pennsylvania to pick her up. Our lives have been blessed with this
gentle dog ever since. Maggie loved camping with us and was always ready
to go riding in the car. She was a wonderful dog in every way. We sadly
had to say good bye to her during another snowstorm on Feb. 8, 2010.
Maggie had battled cancer and seemed to be winning the battle after
having her kidney removed a month ago. She was doing so well when she
suddenly began having repeated seizures. Perhaps God arranged for the
snow so we could be with our Maggie these last few days and have time to
tell her how much we loved her. We know she will be waiting for us in
heaven because it wouldn't be heaven without her. What a wonderful 3
years we have had together. Her paw prints will forever be on our hearts.
