2/21/05 Shy is in a
home for the first time in over 2 yrs. A very kind home that adopted from us
over a year ago never forgot seeing Shy at the kennel. This home found out
Shy was still there. Last week he went back to the kennel and took Shy home
with him.
Shy will be introduced to the 2
resident Boxers slowly. Shy's foster dad said that Shy could not be a better
dog. He is very sweet and well behaved. He is housebroken and loves to go on
walks. He loves to run around the fenced yard. His favorite thing is to be
petted and touched. He is slowly fitting in to his foster home. Please give
this sweet guy a forever home.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still here
waiting for my family. I'm a great dog and it's not my fault that I was
born a pitbull instead of a boxer. I can wiggle just as good, and I can
run like the wind. Maybe that was why Gail got so frustrated when she was
trying to take my picture and all she got were blurs of white fur and my
behind running past her.
I sure could use a friend, or a whole family would be
nice too.
Just give me a chance to show you that I can be a good
boy. As long as you feed me real good, cause I love to eat, then I'll be
your friend forever.
ps.....my eyes aren't really red, they are a real
pretty light brown. I think that red might make me look scarey, but I'm
not, I'm SHY!!!

Shy is the most loving and trusting dog there could be. He is in need of a
foster and a forever home. He is good with kids and loves to be hugged. He wants
hugs and loving before he gets his dinner. He would rather get affection than
eat. He is starving for a home of his own.
Please help us help Shy.

This is Shy. He's an American Staff. Terrier, who was
basically abandoned by his owner because he refused to breed with their
female. We've known this dog since he's been a puppy, and he's now 3 yrs
old. He's always been the sweetest boy. His original owner went to jail,
and he's been passed around since. When he first saw me, he was wiggles
all over, he remembered me from when he was a baby. Shy doesn't have a
mean bone in his body, he's the best. Just wants to be loved. He does
favor his left front leg, but the vet said it looks like it had been
broken and not taken care, just left to heal on it's own. I guess that's
an indication of how he's been treated at one point in his life.
He's neutered and up to date on shots, and he's just
the best.
