12/26/04 Roxy is a
beautiful, shy girl who needs a quiet home with adults or kids over 12. Roxy
will do best as an only dog. She is extremely loyal, and bonds quickly to
women. She is a little slower to warm up to men. Roxy's ideal home would
be in the suburbs or the country, with calm adults. She has not exhibited
any separation anxiety, so 2 working adults would be no problem. Roxy is
housebroken, and doesn't need a crate... she is not destructive. She knows
some basic commands, walks well on a leash, and gives lots of kisses. She's
even started the boxer wiggles, which had been missing when we met her. Roxy
really needs some time to be the center of attention and relax, a soft dog
bed would be a great bonus! This sweet little girl (48 lbs) is not even 3
years old yet, and will be so loving and loyal to her new family in her
forever home!

- Roxy
Roxanne (Roxy) is a petite, very cute girl who will turn 3 in February. She
has a white arrow on the back of her neck. She's a sweetheart who has had a
lot of changes in her life and so needs some stability. Her first owner gave
her up because of family allergies, and now the loving owner who adopted her
about a year ago can no longer give Roxy the exercise she needs. Roxy, knows
how to "kiss-kiss" on command and loves to be asked to do so! She knows
"sit," "paw," "down," "pee-pee," and "bye-bye" (for "we're going outside").
She is trained to take care of business outside but also is trained to go on
newspapers or a wee-wee pad if she cannot get out in time. Roxy is a little
shy at first around strangers, but it doesn't take long for her to do the
Boxer wiggle. She lives with 3 other dogs. One is Max the boxer and then 2
small ones. We would like to place her in a home in the suburbs as the city
is a lot for her.
