Shelby Shelby was picked up by one of our
volunteers today and she is simply the cutest little brindle girl around.
She was found hiding in a briar patch loaded with pickers. A good Samaritan
in the area took the time to catch her and bring her to the humane league.
She is so scared. We think she may have escaped a breeding farm in the area.
This is Lancaster County, home to over 271 registered puppy mills. She is
very lucky. She is in great hands. She is good with other dogs. Shelby is
very sweet and wants to lean on you and be petted. Shelby is on her way to a
great life.
