Rumor has it that you are looking for a sweet,
calm, gentle little girl boxer. Well, we just might prove that Rumor to be
true.
Rumor is a love. She's a tiny girl and extremely, extremely
thin - she's only about 30 pounds! We believe that this sweet lady was used
as a cash machine, she's obviously been bred numerous times and probably
dumped when her frail body could no longer produce enough puppies.
But all that is behind her now and the latest Rumor is that we're looking
for someone that wants to love and spoil this love-bug. She's so happy to
be out of the kennel, going from couch to her own bed, with stops in between
to put her paws on her foster mom's shoulders for a quick hug and a kiss.
She's wonderful on leash, no pulling at all and appears to be housebroken.
She is fine with other dogs showing no aggression at all. However, she
cannot be placed in a home with cats. Rumor does not appear to know what a
toy is, so we're hoping that you'll be willing to show her the joy of
chewing on a toy and chasing after a ball. Since we have no background
information on her, we will not place Rumor in a home with young children.
Rumor has been brought up-to-date on all her shots and is heartworm
negative. She will be spayed as soon as she's put some meat on her bones -
we don't want to put her little body through any additional stress right
now. If you believe, as we do, that this pretty little boxer girl deserves
to finally be in a home that will shower her with love, then please fill out
an application and tell us that this is the Rumor you've been waiting for.

I met
Rumor today. What a sweet sensitive dog she is. She is also tiny. It looks
as if she just had a litter of pups. She is so very thin it broke my heart.
She likes other dogs and would add so much love to any family.
