8/1/05 -
Carly
I picked up Carly the Boxer from an Amish farm on Friday.
She is came from the same farm that gave us Tara and Ella. She is of no
use to the farmer because she can't have more puppies. Her nails are so
long she has trouble walking but she will be getting spayed and a nail trim
tomorrow morning.
Carly lived in a horse stall her whole life and now she is just thrilled to
find there is a whole big world out there!
Carly is a 1 - 2 year old beautiful brindle female. She has natural ears
and a docked tail that she is just learning to wiggle. She is so kind, very
good natured.
She is doing very well walking on a leash - a new concept to her since she
just had a twine noose for a leash when the farmer handed her over. She
loves to walk right beside you take her time looking at everything. She is
great with other dogs and cats aren't really of interest to her.
Carly needs lots of love, guidance and a forever home - she already is a
wonderful dog!
