Darby continues to do well here at the kennel. He got a visitor from one
of his fans from where he was in training. Everyone loved Darby at K9
Corners, but Lisa is one of his special people. He was so happy to see her,
jumped up and gave her a big boxer hug. I think if he could cry, he would
have. He showed her that he hasn't forgotten all his good boy tricks. What a
sweetheart he is. She promised him that she would be back soon to take him
for an outing.
It's so sad that this wonderful boy doesn't yet have a special lady in
his life who can take him home forever.

Darby is in need of another home. One that will keep up on
his training. He did super in his training school. He passed the basic
obedience training class with flying colors. He got along well with 40 dogs
on a daily basis. The home he was in had a blind dog and he and that male
did not hit it off. Darby is a super dog that does ok with cats that are
used to a dog and may do well with a female dog that can rough house.
The owner of the training school
will give a free lesson to the lucky home that adopts him to get the home on
the right track.
Darby would do well in continuing his training as he is a
smart boy. Looking for a boxer savvy home for this wonderful dog.

Tomorrow is a big day for Darby. He's headed for a stay at
our training headquarters. Troy just finished up, and now Darby is going.
He's going to get into shape and learn lots of wonderful stuff. He already
knows how to walk on a leash ala Cesar Milan. Now he wants to learn some
new tricks.
Darby is a wonderful dog, and I love spending time with
him.

Darby is a sweet 4 yr old dog that is in
need of a dog savvy owner with time to
train and exercise. We are sending Darby
to a training center to work on his
manners and hopefully take some weight off him that he has gained in his
last home. Stay tuned for more.
