Diamond’s been in foster care for two weeks now and what a great dog she is.  She was spayed this week.  Everyone, including the vet, has determined that this sweet little girl is a whippet mix, we’re not sure what the mix is but the whippet part of her is obvious - she’s lean, her coloring is perfect, she loves to run and play and she’s as smart as a whip(pet).  In the two short weeks she’s been with me, she has learned to sit, sit before eating, wait to cross the street, down, shake hands, and sit to go out.  She is very funny and fun loving!

Diamond will be a wonderful addition for any family – she is 100% housebroken and is perfect when left home alone – no crate is ever needed.  She loves to cuddle, moving in as close to you as possible for some quiet time.  Diamond is great with other dogs and cats – for that matter, I can’t imagine Diamond not liking anyone.

Diamond is wonderful with everyone, dogs, cats, adults, children. She is completely housebroken and never needs to be crated - she's left alone during the workday and will touch nothing.

Diamond has been with me for 2 weeks and during that time, I have never seen her display any temper at all - not even once.  She is one of the sweetest dogs I've ever fostered and she's very smart. She's already learned to sit, sit to get her harness on, sit for her food and she shakes hands.  Diamond has a lot of energy at playtime and loves to run.

If it's a selling point for Diamond she's learned a new trick - all by herself.  She sticks her nose in the water bowl and blows bubbles!  It's cuter then heck.

What’s your pleasure?  Running?  Jogging?  Long walks?  Hanging out on the couch?  Reading a good book while a soft head lies in your lap?  Well, we’ve got the perfect companion for you no matter what makes your day complete.  This sweet little girl is not only beautiful (I cannot walk down the street without someone stopping to admire her) but she’s more then willing to adapt to whatever pleases you.  Diamond is happy to see everyone, dogs, cats, men, women, and kids of all ages.  Her entire goal appears to be figuring out what will make you happy and then doing it.  I have never met a dog so willing to please.
Diamond is completely housebroken.  She was left home alone the entire workday today and she touched nothing, not even the bag of chips I forgot about on the coffee table when I left the house.  And my neighbors report that they never heard a peep out of her all day.  There is no doubt that Diamond will fill her forever home with more love then you’ve ever experienced.  This girl is no Diamond in the rough – she’s a real gem!

I received a call from the city shelter asking me to help Diamond. She was a favorite there.  Being a pit bull she was not wanted by any rescue group. Can you foster or adopt this baby???
