Samson
has been in a kennel nearly a month waiting for a new foster home. He is
such a gentleman that he is allowed to roam freely at the kennel to visit
the resident dogs. He has been fine with the cats at the kennel, so we think
his cat issue depends on the cat's behavior to dogs. Don't let his gray hair
fool you! This boy is very active for a middle-aged dog. How would you feel
if someone said you were "too old" because you were middle-aged? We need a
hero to step up and get this boy out of the kennel. He is a couch potato,
loves car rides, visits to the dog park and is very well trained. He would
be perfect for empty-nesters or homes with senior dogs in need of a
companion who is past the puppy stage. Please give him a chance--he is a
super dog!

It seems Samson is not quite as good with cats as his former owners claimed
him to be. After chasing his foster mom's cat into hiding for a second
time, his foster mom was forced to give him up. Samson is now being boarded
at the vet's office, the only space we could find for him. Please open your
hearts to this wonderful dog!

Samson
Samson is a playful 6 year old male
boxer. It's hard not to fall in love with this guy as he's full of wiggles
and loves to cuddle!
He is on the small side for a male, and
is neutered and up to date on all his shots. Samson was surrendered by his
owners because they couldn't afford to keep him. He's well trained
and quickly bonds with the men he meets. He has a lot of energy so a fenced
yard would be great. Samson has lived with another dog and is in a foster
with a female boxer.
Sammy needs a home where he'll get a lot
of attention and cannot be placed in a home with cats or children under 13.
Please give Samson the forever home he
deserves.
