Bubba has adjusted nicely to his
foster home. His foster dad has been
taking him on two mile walks almost every day. Everyone comments on how
well behaved he is. Whoever gives Bubba his forever home is VERY lucky!
He continues to get along with our other dogs very well. He is getting
used to the crate that he sleeps in at night. We really believe that
Bubba will do well with a family that has time to walk him and simply
spend time with him since he's such a people dog! He also loves to have
his head rubbed.
We found this past weekend that he does very well in a crowd of people and
other animals. While all the other dogs are reeking havoc, Bubba is
content just to greet you at the door with a calm demeanor. He's a real
sweetie pie and a complete gentleman. Whoever is lucky enough to give
Bubba his forever home will surely have a best friend! His foster dad and
I feel blessed to be in his company for a while.

- Bubba
Day 1
We picked Bubba up from Gail's kennel and our first thought was how gentle
he really is. After just being neutered the day before, he let my husband
pick him up to put him in the truck to go to his foster home. What a
disposition!
We brought him home and introduced him to both our female boxer and our
female husky mix. He did very well with both of them. (my female boxer is
dominant and he did not have a problem with this so I don't believe he has
dominance issues).
Bubba settled in that night for a much needed rest. He's not a big fan of
the crate but if you throw a small treat inside, he'll happily fetch it.
Day 2
Bubba met other members of my family and their dogs. We found that he does
very well with male dogs as well. He was
extremely gentle and friendly. We also found today that he walks extremely
well on a leash. The one thing about Bubba is that he always wants to be
around people. It seems that he would be very happy sitting on the couch
with his owner in his forever home.
