I am really surprised somebody hasn't snatched up Macie yet! Macie and Hudson can be separated for their forever homes. Macie would love a home with another dog to run and play with. She is a sweet girl and will need somebody to work on her basic training.  She has lots of wiggles and kisses for everyone she meets. Macie is spayed and up to date on everything.  She is a tiny girl, but she has a lot of love to give!

Included are some new pictures of Macie.  She is a sweet and loving girl, with a lot of personality.  Macie is going to be a wonderful addition to a lucky family - she has so many kisses to give and just loves meeting new people.  She would love to go into a new home with Hudson, but would also be considered for a home with an existing male dog or a home where somebody is home at all times.  Apply today to adopt this petite girl!

Macie and Hudson are being surrendered to rescue because their owner feels they need more attention than they can give them. Macie is spayed and up to date on all vet care. She is a petite boxer girl, weighing only around 38 lbs! Macie would benefit from an obedience class to learn her basic commands and with walking on leash. They currently have access to a fenced yard at all times. Macie is great with people and is all wiggles and kisses. She loves balls or rope toys. Macie enjoys being around children and going for car rides. She also loves to go in the water.

Macie is only 2 years old, so she will need somebody that can provide lots of exercise. Macie gets along well with some dogs, but would benefit from more socialization.  She does tend to tolerate larger dogs better. This tiny girl is going to be a wonderful companion for a lucky home! We would love to see these two go together, but will separate them for a chance at a loving, forever home that is a good fit for them. Apply today for Macie!

Boxers and Applicants are not matched on a first come, first served basis. Not all applications are approved. On average, it takes between a week and 1 month to adopt a Rescue Boxer to an approved applicant, depending on your personal circumstances and flexibility.  

Matching Boxers suitable for placement with younger children, other dogs, cats, and special needs, yours and theirs, increases the application review time and adoption time.  

And yes, we realize that the Boxer you may have your heart set on, may be adopted before you're approved.   Should your first choices all ready found their forever home, we want you to advise us as to other dogs you are interested in at Adoptions@AdoptABoxerRescue.com .  Or let us suggest a few that we feel will match your home.  That is what we are good at.   And be happy for the ones that have been placed... and know that there are way too many fantastic dogs waiting in their place.

Our non-profit organization is wholly comprised of hard-working volunteers whose only reward is seeing our wonderful Boxers placed in loving, permanent homes and given another chance for a happy life. Our process may seem slow, but if you are patient, we will try to provide you with a devoted, loving companion - a Boxer.
