5/24/14 Miranda is doing great in her
foster home. She has really blossomed into a happy boxer with a big
wiggle! Miranda loves to play with toys and will require lots of them
in her new home. Since coming into rescue, she has gained some much
needed weight and also had her mammary tumors removed. We were
thrilled to learn that all of her tumors were benign.
When I first got Miranda, I was crating her without any problems.
However, something must have scared her because she now refuses to stay in a
crate. She is housebroken and spends her days laying on the couch
waiting for me to get home from work.
Miranda has multiple nicknames. She is a super quick learner and
wants to please. Miranda loves treats - she will sit and wait
patiently for one. She travels great in the car and loves to go for
walks. I sometimes can't believe this is the same girl I transported 8
weeks ago.
Miranda is a very sweet boxer who would love a family and home to call
her own. If you think you have a heart big enough to love this little
girl, then please apply today. She is waiting patiently with a frisbee
in her mouth!

Miranda has been in her foster
home for six weeks. Since then, she has learned how to sit, give paw,
and high five with both paws after she goes potty. Her leash manners
have really improved and Miranda is now a pleasure to take on walks.
She is currently living with three other boxers. Miranda would do best
in a home without cats or smaller dogs.
Miranda is enjoying the good life and loves to play with toys. She
plays fetch and will keep bringing the ball back to you to throw.
Miranda has come a long way since arriving in rescue. She is having
her spay and mass removal soon and would then love to find a home to call
her own. If you think you have what it takes to win this little girl
over, please apply today for Miranda!

Miranda was found as a stray and is estimated to be around 3 years of
age. She arrived at her new foster home today. Miranda traveled
really well in the car. She is very thin and will be visiting our vet
this week to have a mass checked that will need removed once she gains
enough weight. She will also be spayed at that time. Miranda is an
energetic and playful girl. She does need a lot of work on her leash
walking and would benefit from a harness. Miranda would love to have a
fenced yard at her new home. She enjoys playing with toys and did well
with introductions to her new foster brother, a male boxer. We will
post an update soon once we learn more about this sweet girl! |
