Tank and Fudge are growing like weeds. They are so much fun to watch play. If you need a good laugh these two are the pups to have. They continue to be just as sweet and loyal as ever. Fudge is ever so gentle with her kisses while Tank will follow you just about anywhere to lay by your feet.

Tank is a bit overweight as he loves his food. I have reduced his meals to twice a day instead of three with only one or two treats in between. Both pups sleep through the night in there puppy room (which is my laundry room gated off) I have a crate in there for them to use if they wish and they both sleep together in it. They are mostly housebroken during the day if they are kept on there schedule. They do have accidents in the night sometimes but it is always on the papers I lay down and is happening less and less.

These two are very close. If I can't find them in the house I just call one and they both come bouncing over together. They are rarely apart. Of course they don't have to be adopted together. They would adjust to being without the other, but it would be nice to see them go together.

These two are great with kids of all ages. They are very good with my three yr old as well as my 13 and 11 yr old. They are also used to living with five big dogs and get along wonderful with them. They love every human they meet and greet them all with wags and kisses. I am sure they would do well with cats also as they are babies and adjust very well. What more could you ask for.

So what are you waiting for? Tank and Fudge are just hanging out wondering why all there siblings have found new homes and they haven't.

Yes these beautiful pups are a mix and not a purebred, but I promise you will not be disappointed if you open your heart and home to one or both of these guys. Your love and devotion will come back to you ten fold through them. I see it every day when I look in there big brown eyes staring back at me. I think of the horrible fate they faced had they not been rescued, and it makes my heart feel good that we can give these wonderful pups a chance when they have so much to offer us.

Delila is now 9 weeks old, and has been with us for 3 days. She is a typical puppy, with lots of energy and playfulness. However, she has a little of that Boxer magic, which just makes her special. She loves to play with our 4 year old Boxer, rough and tumble…just like the big dogs.

She settles down at night, in her crate, with little protest, sleeping through the night. Delila is a sweet puppy, easy going, with a great disposition. She is going to make a great dog for some lucky family.

These pups just get cuter by the day. They are doing wonderful and are now ready to go to their new homes. They all are very playful and happy, well rounded pups. They not afraid of anything and they are all very sweet. They like to be held and will come right up to you when you call them.

The older they get the funnier they get. They will crouch down in the play position and just start bouncing around and barking at whatever.

There are two boys and three girls left.

Tank is the largest of the pups. He has unique markings with a white chest that is full of spots. He is very sweet and lazy. He would like to sleep the day away. When he is tired he just finds a spot and passes out.

DJ is a small beautiful dark brown male. He is a follower. He follows me all around the house and just stares up at me in total wonder. He lays by my feet when I'm doing dishes, on the computer, or wherever I am.

Fudge is a very pretty black female with a white spot on the tip of her nose. She is very loving and will make sure your face is clean with her soft puppy kisses.

Layla is a big girl with a skinny white line on her black face. She is a collector. She sneaks the shoes and takes them back to the dog bed.

Delila is the only pup with half a white line across the back of her neck. She is mixture of black, white, and dark brown. I am not sure what color she will turn out to be. Delila likes to hang out with the big dogs and roll around on the floor with both my 2 yr old boxers in play. You will always find her snuggled up next to one of the big dogs catching a puppy nap.

These guys are paper trained (they are not to fond of the cold outside just yet) Healthy and ready for there forever homes. Hurry and get your application in quick before there all gone.

The pups had there first vet visit this afternoon. They were all vaccinated. They all had fecals that were negative. They were troopers through there shots and no one even cried. They were very well behaved.

The vet is not convinced however that they are only six weeks old. The largest pup (a male) weighed almost 10lbs, the smallest (the other male) weighed almost 8lbs. The girls were close to 9lbs. He said they were either very well fed or they were older then believed.

All in all, they all are very healthy, happy, and well rounded pups.

These guys are only five weeks old and won't be ready for three more weeks.

They were brought to my attention by a friend of mine. I found the mom tied to a tree and the pups were huddled together on a wet blanket in the mud under a porch. The owner of the home pleaded with me to take the whole lot as she was not supposed to have dogs. I took the pups. I called two days later and inquired about the mom. She had been taken to a local shelter. I called the shelter and she is being fostered by a volunteer to get her back in shape.

These pups have been dewormed and will be brought current on all shots before adoption. They are living with five big dogs and a toddler. They are very sweet and playful. They love to be played with and very happily give puppy breath kisses. They are eating well and seem to be none the worse for wear considering the conditions in which they were found.

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please first read the information on our Adoption Procedures, then fill out an online application.

Boxers and Applicants are not matched on a first come, first served basis. Not all applications are approved. On average, it takes between a week and 1 month to adopt a Rescue Boxer to an approved applicant, depending on your personal circumstances and flexibility.

Matching Boxers suitable for placement with younger children, other dogs, cats, and special needs, yours and theirs, increases the application review time and adoption time.

And yes, we realize that the Boxer you may have your heart set on, may be adopted before you're approved.   Should your first choices all ready found their forever home, we want you to advise us as to other dogs you are interested in at Adoptions@AdoptABoxerRescue.com .  Or let us suggest a few that we feel will match your home.  That is what we are good at.   And be happy for the ones that have been placed... and know that there are way too many fantastic dogs waiting in their place.

Our non-profit organization is wholly comprised of hard-working volunteers whose only reward is seeing our wonderful Boxers placed in loving, permanent homes and given another chance for a happy life. Our process may seem slow, but if you are patient, we will try to provide you with a devoted, loving companion - a Boxer.

We hope you feel that the right Boxer is worth waiting for.

Adoptions Fee: $300
