Princess is just a lovebug. She is beautiful inside and out to add to that! She lived with children and liked to snuggle in their beds with them. She is a tiny little girl that wants a family to love. She is devoted and follows you everywhere. She is well behave in the home and loves to run and play with the kids. Princess needs a foster home so she can relax after being in the shelter and now in the kennel. She in a big bundle of pure love in a little body.

PLEASE give her the home she so deserves.

1/27/07 - Princess

Meet Princess!  She was surrendered to the shelter because she and the 7 pound dog in the home did not like each other.  The little dog won so off to the shelter Princess goes.  One day she was used to being the Princess then the next she found herself as a pound puppy along with hundreds of others.  She was petrified at the shelter according to the awesome volunteer who did not blink an eye when he got the call that there was a dog in need!  Her hero is Officer Brian, who helps Adopt A Boxer Rescue when ever possible.  His whole family helps by taking food to the kennel, transporting dogs, and fund raising!  They are an example of why AABR is who we are!!!

Princess is housebroken, walks well on a leash, likes other dogs just not little ones.

Boxers and Applicants are not matched on a first come, first served basis. Not all applications are approved. On average, it takes between a week and 1 month to adopt a Rescue Boxer to an approved applicant, depending on your personal circumstances and flexibility.  

Matching Boxers suitable for placement with younger children, other dogs, cats, and special needs, yours and theirs, increases the application review time and adoption time.  

And yes, we realize that the Boxer you may have your heart set on, may be adopted before you're approved.   Should your first choices all ready found their forever home, we want you to advise us as to other dogs you are interested in at Adoptions@AdoptABoxerRescue.com .  Or let us suggest a few that we feel will match your home.  That is what we are good at.   And be happy for the ones that have been placed... and know that there are way too many fantastic dogs waiting in their place.

Our non-profit organization is wholly comprised of hard-working volunteers whose only reward is seeing our wonderful Boxers placed in loving, permanent homes and given another chance for a happy life. Our process may seem slow, but if you are patient, we will try to provide you with a devoted, loving companion - a Boxer.
