Daisy is now in foster with a male boxer and is settling in well.  Her new foster family will be updating her page soon!

Daisy needs a new Foster/Forever Home ASAP!
IF You can help give this little girl even a temporary Foster home, it would help!

2/7/12

Daisy was adopted in 2009, but is being surrendered back to rescue. Daisy's owner moved to the city and Daisy has had a difficult time adjusting to the busy environment. Daisy needs a quieter home with a fenced yard to run and play in.

Daisy is a great girl - she is quiet, playful, and very petite at only 40 lbs. She is a pretty energetic girl and needs daily exercise. If you can provide a foster home for Daisy, apply today!

Daisy has been doing great in her foster home. She has completely healed from her accident and awaits her forever home. Daisy is living with a low key male terrier and she would do well with another dog, or even by herself. Daisy really needs a home of her own where she can be the center of attention. She loves her foster mom, but Daisy wishes she could find her own family….and after waiting more than a year - this girl deserves it! Daisy does well in her crate and spends the day there while her foster mom and dad work. Daisy would be great for a home who does not want to deal with the puppy stage! This sweet girl is house-trained, does not chew on anything other than toys, and knows commands for sit, lay down, and bed time! Daisy is happy lying at your feet watching TV, she enjoys going on walks, and she loves to sun in the backyard. Won’t you consider giving Daisy her life long home?

8/22/08
Daisy has a tear in her cruciate ligament (ACL- Knee) she also had an accident and broke her back leg. Both injuries have been fixed by a board certified surgeon at Cornell.

PLEASE DONATE EVEN A SMALL AMOUNT TO HELP WITH HER MEDICAL BILL (OVER $4000).

Daisy is recovering nicely in her foster home and will be as good as new!!

Please fill out an application for his sweetheart.

Daisy is as cute as a button and is happy to meet every human that wants to say hello. She is compact boxer girl who is all smiles. Like the other stories we write Daisy's is the same. She requires fun physical and mental exercise to keep her happy and a clear and consistent daily routine. A family committed to obedience training, long walks, daily trips to the park and unconditional love.

If you’re ready for an active, intelligent, and loving companion, please consider this tiny boxer by the name of Daisy .

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please first read the information on our Adoption Procedures, then fill out an online application.

Boxers and Applicants are not matched on a first come, first served basis. Not all applications are approved. On average, it takes between a week and 1 month to adopt a Rescue Boxer to an approved applicant, depending on your personal circumstances and flexibility.

Matching Boxers suitable for placement with younger children, other dogs, cats, and special needs, yours and theirs, increases the application review time and adoption time.

And yes, we realize that the Boxer you may have your heart set on, may be adopted before you're approved.   Should your first choices all ready found their forever home, we want you to advise us as to other dogs you are interested in at Adoptions@AdoptABoxerRescue.com .  Or let us suggest a few that we feel will match your home.  That is what we are good at.   And be happy for the ones that have been placed... and know that there are way too many fantastic dogs waiting in their place.

Our non-profit organization is wholly comprised of hard-working volunteers whose only reward is seeing our wonderful Boxers placed in loving, permanent homes and given another chance for a happy life. Our process may seem slow, but if you are patient, we will try to provide you with a devoted, loving companion - a Boxer.

We hope you feel that the right Boxer is worth waiting for.

Adoptions Fee: $300
